$100 per athlete if registered by June 28, 2012
$125 per athlete if registered after June 28, 2012
Note:  You must mail a $25 non-refundable check when registering (if not paying in full).

If an athlete would like to participate in the combine, a fee of $20 must be paid to Elite Fitness Training on the day of the camp/combine.
